The United Nations Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development consists of 17 SDGs and was approved in September 2015 by 193 members, resulting from the joint work of governments and citizens around the world to create a new global model to end poverty, promote prosperity and well-being for all, protect the environment and combat climate change.
